About

A designer who ships and builds.

The short version

I've spent 18 years designing enterprise products — the last fourteen inside one continuous gaming ecosystem (Bally → Scientific Games → Light & Wonder). Along the way I grew from UI designer through senior lead and associate manager to my current role as UX/UI Manager at Light & Wonder.

What I care about most: the quiet parts of enterprise design — design tokens, governance frameworks, accessibility standards, review rituals. That's where scale actually happens. Twenty products all agreeing with each other is a systems problem, not a screen-by-screen problem.

I'm also a hands-on maker. I still write HTML, CSS, and SCSS. I use Claude, Cursor, and Figma AI daily to build real things — not slide decks about AI. That combination of leadership at scale + hands-on execution is where I do my best work.

Outside of work: I'm a church pastor and I build practical tech tools for our congregation. It keeps me grounded in real users with real constraints — which is the same problem I solve at work, just with different stakes.
